OTR staff training, Already the third wave of leaders in development

A new category of OTR Division Chiefs has been in training since September 25, 2018 at the OTR headquarters of the Port Autonome de Lomé. They are 25 members of the staff this time with new challenges in the personal and professional life.


By means of personality tests, participants discover their personality and consolidate their vision.

The main purpose of this training is to help them trace the relationship, or find the point of convergence between their career and their personal mission for significant progress in their professional progress and those of the OTR.


The trainer, Ms. Olatokunbo IGE encouraged them to read and then ACT : Action, Change and Transmission.

She set guidelines to avoid the enemies of development: indiscipline, distraction, laziness and procrastination; which must be eradicated on the road to success. She went on to stress the need to develop the spirit of creativity and innovation to maintain excellence in all areas of life.
